Steaks are almost always coupled with wine. While saying that this is the perfect combination, people do not always want wines. Serve these 3 refreshing, non-alcoholic drinks on the next grill, which is a perfect match for grilled steaks – everyone has a full and a great deal of time!
What You Need:
To prepare the syrup, mix the blueberries and water in a skillet and cook from low heat until the berries are soft and crumble, approx. 4-6 minutes. Smash berries by using the back of a spatula until it stays alive. Increase heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes, stirring often. When done, place the sugar in a bowl and pour it onto blueberry syrup through a sieve. Allow to cool at room temperature and cool for at least 1 hour. Combine syrups, seltzer, lemon juice and lime juice in a glass. Top with ice before serving
Ginger and Pear Punch
- 3 inches fresh ginger, sliced to third
- 8 cup pear juice, chilled
- 3 1/2 cup sausage
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of ginger syrup
- 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Candied Ginger Decoration
To prepare the syrup, mix the ginger, water and sugar in a saucepan and boil. Lower heat, then boil for 30 minutes or until it is reduced to syrup. Remove from heat, allow to cool. When cooled, mix it with pear soup, lemon juice and ground ginger. Add sandwich to punch and stir. On top of ice. Place candied ginger on toothpicks to collect cocktail glasses.
Mix the orange juice, seltzer, mint leaves and roses in a bowl. Mix with the combination of ingredients. Place ice on the glasses and pour the sparkling mixture on ice. Serve immediately.
