Tips for traveling to Thailand to study Muay Thai or just visit a wonderful country

People are often asked for advice on traveling to Thailand. I might be able to give advice after spending the best part of the last three years in Thailand.

More specifically, I asked Muay Thai training in Thailand, as it was the catalyst for my journey and took most of my time.

This means that I always spend time traveling to the country every time I visit and blessed to find some wonderful places along the way. I'll share some with you later.

First, talk about some nuts and screws about traveling to Thailand.

Cheap Accommodation. The food is cheap. Shipping in and around Thailand is cheap. FAR, your biggest cost will be … the plane ticket to Thailand. It can be reliably cheap if you do it right. Obviously, pre-planning helps to reduce the cost of a flight ticket, but the flexibility of travel dates also helps.

What I am writing here is the price directly affected by the year when you travel to Thailand, including flight tickets.

Remember there are some broadcasts and betting. You can save money, but as a result, you can fall daily or have quite hot days. From November to February, the most expensive time to travel to Thailand. The weather is AMAZING, but they are waiting for restaurants, city streets, beaches, etc. It is full of tourists, and prices from accommodation to taxi rides are only twice the price.

Rainy season from May to November. Rainy days in Thailand are really nice. It often happens that you go crazy for 30 minutes and you will soon have a sunny blue sky. The streets are rivers, and in 20 minutes, there will be no cloud in the sky. The temperature remains warm, so if you don't melt when it gets wet, rainy days aren't that bad.

The hot season lasts from March to June and is really hot (100 degrees +). Especially for training Muay Thai, as training centers are outside, it can be quite difficult. Sweat A LOT and fatigue is much faster than in other periods of the year.

So, I think the first step in examining traveling in Thailand would be to decide what you want to go out on. Obviously, if you want to insulate or have a party like no tomorrow, come in the busy season. But, as I said, you pay a little more for everything.

If you come strictly to Muay Thai training in Thailand, any year of the year is as good as the next one. As I said, warm, but the class sizes are typically smaller, and the coaches get a lot of attention. In the busy season, some gyms can be a real mansion.

Most of the people who visit Thailand speak English. Obviously, the farther away from cities and tourist attractions, the less English will speak. Most street signs and many shopping centers are in English and Thai. (Despite the fact that most of the shops are somewhat comic, sometimes they translate English translations).

It would be a good thing to learn some Thai languages before traveling to Thailand, but this is a very difficult language. If you have forgotten to complete each sentence, use the "Krap & # 39; if you are a man and & # 39; if you are a woman, the recipient of the query knows you are friendly.

Krap pronunciation is somewhere in & quot; Crap & # 39; and & # 39; Clap & # 39; A & # 39; and & # 39; L & # 39; and a kind of melded together. Some parts of the country say & quot; Get & # 39;

* & # 39; Sawatdee Krap & # 39; = Hello and goodbye

* & # 39; Korp Kuhn Krap & # 39; = Thank you

Putting your hand in a prayer position and bending my head is a respectful way for someone.

Some tips in prayer position & # 39; bow:

* Placing your fingers on your chin = someone in the service industry

* Placing your fingers on your nose = Equal status

* Placing your fingers on your forehead = a monk or someone is in high condition

* He has placed his fingers over your head = reserved for

** The chin to Thais (for example, American movement # 39), Thais aggressive It is considered. Nod forward to be friendly.

Four Things You Don't Want to Do in Thailand:

1. Challenge a Thai cook to make something spicy. Even if you like the spicy … it takes you to a whole different level.

2. Tell if you need a Thai massage girl. 98 lb women will cry like a little girl if you had no Thai massage before.

3. Tell Muay Thai Trainer that you want to be in full contact.

4. Play Connect Four with a crap.

Let's talk about these three things now (more about drugs later);

FOOD

You will never taste surprisingly fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables anywhere. Thai food is very tasty and very affordable.

They love their spice and another good phrase I remember is Nit Noy. It's a little bit. If they were asked how spicy the food was, then Nit Noy & # 39; the road.

My favorite Thai food is Tom Yam Goong. Soup soup with lemon balm, chilli, galangal, lime leaves, carrots, lime and fish sauce, straw mushrooms and shrimp

I also love Green Curry, but it hits and is missing. Some places are knocked out of the park and others are just like that.

I really like Thai beer and have very good whiskey. & # 39; Sangsom & # 39; your favorite whiskey, and & # 39; Singha & # 39; (Said & # 39; Simply) My Favorite Thai Beer (Predicted & # 39; Beea & # 39;)

Be careful not to drink tap water (Nam) and see where the ice comes in restaurants . Really sick if not.

You can find a festival at any stage of the year. Thais love life and BUDDHA. Some very strange traditions for these celebrations. Others are wonderfully beautiful and some that are fun.

The strange celebration was a parade that broke their bodies with swords and handguns … literally stuck on their skin, blood dripping from fresh wounds. As the parcel started off the street, these individuals stopped and accepted the food and drink from the people watching the package.

Most beautiful celebrated hundreds of people who put light into the sky at the same time.

And the most entertaining was a huge water battle where ALL were dirty weapons and balloons, and the whole city made each other.

I have no idea what the significance of these events is, but certainly the experience.

Outside these holidays, there are night markets all over the place where you can buy everything from amazing street food, drinks and souvenirs, trinkets, clothes, electronics. and a very low process. If you like the goods, you love these markets. If you want to taste REAL Thai food, you can enjoy everything from ink to deep fried crickets, cockroaches and ants. Wash with a Singha and not a bad meal.

If you are looking for a REAL party, you have to drive to the city or to the islands.

The coastal street of every city is full of tourists who enjoy the decadent side of Thailand … and there are plenty. From Ping Pong to the Go-Go bars and all the other bars you can imagine. NOTE: You cannot see & amp; 39; a Ping Pong show. Try it because I might not scratch my memory from scratch. I suggest you skip it, except what is your business.

BIG parties, however, are on the islands. Koh Phangan is the home of the Full Moon Party. This is where you are young and fun. There's a little way to get there. You will need Koh Samui, then a ferry to Phangan, but it's worth visiting. Mainly European and Australian tourists, Full Moon Party is one of the largest and best parties in the world. They happen once a month. There were three of them, and ALWAYS impressed with nice, fun people!

I used many medications at Full Moon Party, but I highly recommend that you remove the information. Go on YouTube and look at the conditions of Thai prisons, and if it's not enough to scare you to give up, it's a big idiot to deserve the land. The Thai police are taking drugs very seriously and closing and throwing the key. It is known to stop aliens randomly and take urine samples. If you're dirty … go! In any case, Samsung and Red Bull will be high enough.

NOTE: The product of Red Bull Thailand. Red Bull, who you get there, is not like getting to the states. It's like Red Bull with steroids and tastes better.

Note 2: ALWAYS watch the islands on the islands. They serve dirty ice (as a result, VILENT diseases), and you can shorten your alcohol. Make sure they are poured out of a new glass. NEVER run a sheet of paper … at the end it twists. Pay as you go. Finally, if a lamb war challenges you to Connect Four or any other game, unless you plan to buy drinks … NO. They're good. VERY GOOD. You may even be able to drop the first game to gain confidence, but the stakes will rise and you will pay dearly. It can be fun, but it is quite expensive.

Talk a little.

There are buses and trains going to Thailand but I've never been there. Flights between cities are cheap and I have heard that train tours can be quite uncomfortable.

Ferries between islands are sometimes super crowded. Make sure you go to a reputable company called by your hotel. It may be cheaper than the pier, but it may be packed in sardines.

In-City and Neighborhood Transport (This is a country with very high quality, except for emerging areas), Tuk Tuks (open but covered taxi) is the best and safest way.

I know many people will tell you how much fun a motorized scooter is, and that too. But here's my case, hiring a motor scooter from AGAINST; Second, just biting the dogs, the motor scooter crashes more damage to foreigners than anything else. (Don't pet stray dogs!). In addition, the Thai police are known to set up roadblocks and targeted foreigners for almost anything they can bribe and if you drink … they won't bother you. If you insist on it, I know a lot of people who hired them and lived their lives. I know others who have been spoiled by the person they hired saying that they are damaging the existing bike and others who have been victims of Thai police blockages. Renting a motorcycle at your own risk.

Tuk Tuks is super cheap and gets it where you need to be safe. You can pay a little more for a private trip, or often when people share the same Tuk Tuk if they go in the same direction.

In many parts of the country, taxis are well known for the break of tourists. Make sure you turn on your meter, no matter what the driver means. The alternative is to negotiate a specific price before leaving for a trip.

If you really want to go cheap, then you have a motorcycle taxi that you can ride on the back … smokes herself, once I did … never again. These guys are on the motorcycles!

After you get to where you want to go, here are some tips on how to act;

Thailand 93% of Buddhists. Most thai are very passionate about Buddhism. Respect for culture is always a good policy. The Buddhist monks are highly appreciated and find disrespect for one that they do not want.

NEVER say anything disrespectful of any royal family, especially the king or the queen. Ten years imprisonment is available and it is not a joke. This is usually a topic that can be best avoided unless you know what you're talking about.

Always remove your shoes before entering a store or shop, otherwise you will publish it.

Shops do not drink alcohol for Buddhist holidays.

Immersion is usually not expected because most restaurants have a service charge, but certainly won't do the day when they do. I reached a ton of kilometers kilometer by giving me 20% more of a meal he hadn't paid for. Taxi and Tuk Tuk drivers are not waiting for tips.

One of the biggest pets is traveling to Thailand on the beach and seeing a young, beautiful Thai lady who is in control of a very old white buddy. Foreigners come to Thailand as tourists and take advantage of the poor. These women are the victims in my head, and I call to calmly kick these old gauze in the coat if you see them.

Things to do in Thailand

1. Thai Massage

Thai Massage Is Missing Most From Thailand. These are absolutely necessary, especially if you are teaching Muay Thai. First, these women are healers – especially the older ones. They find the injuries they don't tell them and repair them. They find a place and go to work on it. The next thing you know is as good as new.

Every Thai massage is different, but like Muay Thai, while every gym is different, similarities are similar.

To make it clear, there are massage salons where you can rub and pull, but I'm not talking about that. (If this is what you are looking for, there will be no problem finding such salons).

Good Thai massage, however, is the healing of the body, mind, and soul.

2. Go to the beach.

Thailand has the most beautiful breathtaking beach in the world. I'd like to write about them for a few days if this article was centered. Too many lists. Look at them. They are all out of this world, and each has its own unique personality.

Visit to the Buddhist Temple

Like all the beaches, all Buddhist temples are different. Do some research and find one that interests me. There are some that you can go for a day or ride a motorcycle across the country to get there, but in Thailand, there are plenty of places to travel in and around the city. They are thematic, so I said, do a little research and find some pretty scary things.

NOTE: There are many tourist attractions in Thailand. Some nice places, and of course the royal palace is pretty good. Not really a guide, and there is not enough supply in Thailand … enough in every corner of the street. It's just because there really are a lot of clever stuff to watch … I could fit you better than I do.

NOTE 2: Diving AMAZING on Koh Tao Island and many other Thai islands.

NOTE 3: Koh = Island. If & quot; Koh & # 39; Wait a ferry in the near future before you want a place name.

4. Muay Thai

If I haven't thought about it yet, I'm quite passionate about Thailand. I absolutely love it. I fell in love with Thailand because I was 18 when I was beaten by a Thai and called to Thailand to learn Muay Thai ever since.

Take some time to develop Muay Thai in Thailand.

There are many different types of Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. Here are some lists:

1. There are some real & pop & # 39; The types of gyms that have a lot of adjacent gyms. These are very difficult for foreigners to enter. You need to know someone who is in touch with someone, sometimes someone who lives near you now. Do not wait for any of these sites to speak English and be sure to develop or regret it.

2. Larger traditional Thai gyms are all over Thailand. Many of them do not accept foreigners. Those who do this will not satisfy them and speak rarely in English. Fairtex is a good example of this. Unless we are somebody, Bangkok will not accept foreigners, but they will be Pattaya.

3. American and European Gyms in Thailand. Believe it or not, there is an American Kickboxing Academy in Thailand, as well as a Top Team, and more that were originally based in Uson and other parts of the world. The store was opened in Thailand and mainly employed by Thai educators. Many of these places are world class and have very nice amenities.

4. Thai tourism gyms are sprinkled. There are many tourist attractions in Thailand. Many are in remote places. Most of these sites have a Muay Thai gym that specializes in customer reduction. There are usually some former stadium champions & # 39; this is a resident trainer that will take an hour for foreigners. Be prepared to show your pictures of it in the days of glory and all the trophies you have won.

5. Tiger Muay Thai. This is a place of its own because it really is in its own league.

The popularity of this place is explosive, and people from all over the world are coming to march here. They have the most popular instructors and wonderful support staff, a nice (and ever growing) facility and everything you need. Own (very nice) restaurant, accommodation, fitness classes, MMA, BJJ and special classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Very strangers. Staff speak English well. I highly recommend this place.

There are other large Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. I have visited many, but now they are all close. Below is a link to a website that does a good job of breaking down gyms known in Thailand.
