In 2016, nearly 33 million visitors in Thailand took over the sandy shores and several guests returned several times. It is understandably very difficult to withstand the lush tropical climate, kind and warm culture, friendly people and breathtaking natural landscapes. Some of the visitors went so far to buy a property in the country with the prospect of potentially retiring in the beautiful Kingdom. They say it's as attractive as it sounds; foreign ownership is not the simplest endeavor.

This can be said that the process is much more complex since foreigners can not fully exploit Thailand and its property.
